SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all over South Africa, standard delivery fee is R160.
Free delivery when spending R3000 or more.
Our lead time fluctuates depending on the time of year. However, our longest lead time is generally 10/14 days depending on the kind of holster ordered and the volume of orders at that time. Estimated time of delivery will be 3-5 working days. Your order will be shipped via The Courier Guy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all over the world, standard international shipping fee is R400.
Our lead time fluctuates depending on the time of year. However, our longest lead time is generally 10/14 days depending on the kind of holster ordered and the volume of orders at that time. Estimated time of delivery will be 5-7 working days. Your order will be shipped via FedEx.
International shipping times vary. When the package leaves South West, the package is no longer in our control. When importing South West products into your country, there may be duty charges, we are NOT responsible for these charges, so please prepare for this (we do not know other countries duty laws).
Please ensure that you are able to import South west products into your country, as we will not be held responsible for any seized products, or any laws that might be broken.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As our holsters are custom made for specific firearms with unique colourn combinations, we do not accept holster exchanges or returns.
We strive to produce the best quality Holster but in the event that there is an error or you are not satisfied with your product you will receive a full refund.
Once we have received your item(s) back, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. A credit slip or refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the holster back and a credit note or refund note will be emailed to you.
